Doula support starts at any point in your pregnancy. The earlier you meet with a doula the better prepared you will be as you enter labor and birth. Our services include 2 prenatal and 1 postnatal visits, on-call 24/7 support from 37 weeks to 42 weeks gestation, 24 consecutive hours of in-person labor support, and physical, emotional and informational support during your birthing process
